One portal for all your {{ typedWord }}
A sending channel for every Sudanese network, delivered in under three seconds - from the BrqSMS portal or straight from your system through the API in any language.
Banks, universities and companies that rely on BrqSMS for alerts and verification codes
Features
Every sending tool in one place: local delivery to all networks, scheduling, a sender ID in your organisation's name, and an API that fits any programming language.
Quick send
Paste numbers or upload a file and send at once, with delivery in under three seconds and a live character and segment counter before you hit Send.
Campaign builder
Campaigns to hundreds of thousands with scheduling and custom fields, and duplicates cleaned before any credit is charged.
Contacts & groups
Organise numbers into groups with custom fields merged into the message text, imported from Excel.
Custom sender ID
Request your brand name from inside the portal and manage several IDs (marketing, alerts, OTP) under one account.
Blacklist
Opt-out numbers are excluded from every campaign automatically, so you never message - or pay for - someone who asked to stop.
Per-number reports
Detailed statistics and delivery status per recipient and per network, exported from the portal or pulled via API - with 24/7 support on WhatsApp.
Estimate your campaign
before you order
Type your message and the number of recipients to see how many segments you need and which package covers it. Arabic text is sent as UCS2, so every 70 characters counts as one segment (67 in multipart messages).
Direct SMPP bind
for banks and government
For organisations sending at volume with no tolerance for delay: a dedicated SMPP session from your system straight into our gateway - no HTTP hop, with steady high throughput.

How ordering works
From choosing a package to your first message - the same business day.
Choose a package
Pick the credit size on the order page; validity and sender-ID count are shown there.
Register
Create your portal account once the package order is complete.
Set the sender
Choose the sender ID your customers will see; we register it with the networks.
Receive
Credit lands in your account and you start sending from the portal or the API within the validity period.
Pricing
BrqSMS does not supply phone numbers - the service is a sending channel only; the customer provides their own list.
* What you buy is sending credit in Sudanese pounds - not a guaranteed message count: the count follows the tariff in force and can change, and every credit has an expiry (6 or 12 months depending on the package).

Usually three business days after we receive your organisation's details, depending on operator response. We keep you posted at each stage.
Yes - every package has a validity period: six months for the smaller ones and 12 months for the larger. The stated count is an estimate, because what you buy is credit and the message count follows the tariff in force.
Arabic is sent as UCS2, so every 70 characters is one segment - 67 per segment in multipart messages. The real count drawn from your credit follows the tariff in force; displayed figures are estimates.
Common causes: handset off or out of coverage, an invalid number, or operator rejection of non-compliant content. Every case appears with its reason in the delivery report, and we refund credit for cases on our side.
No. The service is one-way sending inside Sudan and does not support inbound replies today.
Acceptable use & compliance
Following these terms is a condition of keeping the account, and it protects your sender ID from being suspended by the operators. They apply to every package and to SMPP and API traffic.
